Products that are unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, prohibited by EGI policy, restricted by courier requirements or unsuitable for the warehouse must not enter active inventory.

Warehouse review

Suspicious, damaged, expired, counterfeit or restricted units are blocked from activation.

Seller responsibility

Sellers must provide accurate product details and required supporting documents.

EGI decision

EGI may reject, quarantine, restrict or require removal of products that fail operational or compliance checks.
